Hi, I'm Dayma!

And I'm originally from this beautiful town of Sitges.

ā€‹What Type of Yoga Do I Teach?

At The EMPWR, I focus on a strong, balance-driven practice with an emphasis on leg and arm balances. If you’re ready to challenge yourself, you’ll feel right at home in my classes.

ā€‹

I’ve been practicing yoga for about 5 years and have been teaching for the last 3. Yoga has transformed both my body and mind, and becoming a teacher was my way of sharing that empowerment and balance with others.

What Can You Expect from My Classes?

In my classes, you can expect to build strength, improve your balance, and work on alignment, all while having a little fun along the way! I love focusing on arm balances and helping students master poses they once thought were out of reach. My goal is to create a supportive environment where everyone can explore their limits and grow.

What Do I Love About Teaching Yoga?

The best part of teaching yoga for me is witnessing my students’ progress—seeing them achieve poses they never thought possible is incredibly rewarding. I love guiding people to a deeper connection with their bodies and minds.

Personal Achievements and Milestones

I’m especially proud of my mastery of advanced arm balances and inversions, and it’s such a joy to pass those skills along to my students, helping them hit their own milestones.

Hobbies and Interests Outside of Yoga

When I’m not teaching, you’ll likely find me lost in some form of art or craft. Whether it’s painting, knitting, or sculpting, I love creating things with my hands—it’s my way of relaxing and expressing creativity.ā€‹

ā€‹What I Enjoy About The EMPWR Community

The EMPWR community is all about camaraderie and support, among both the instructors and the students, and I love being part of a space where everyone is encouraged to grow both on and off the mat. It’s truly special to be surrounded by such positive energy.
